We are at the early stages of scoping out an extension to the Lethans Wind farm, a recently consented project in East Ayrshire.  We are setting out the overview of the scoping report and making this available for the public to share their views on the contents and to gather input for the upcoming phases of consultation and design so that we take into consideration the community’s views.

As with all of our projects, we will Develop With Care and sensitively engage with the local community to understand how we might approach this proposal with the views of the community taken into consideration.  The Lethans Wind farm and it’s proposed extension are both aimed at creating prosperity  for the region and can provide the lowest-cost solution for Scotland to reach its net-zero climate targets, keeping energy bills low for consumers.
