Why Milk Field?
- Provide new, high-quality family homes, including affordable housing, giving local people a chance to remain in the village.
- Offer a range of property types to meet diverse community needs, from first-time buyers to families.
- Support local shops, schools, and services through increased spending from new residents.
- Help address housing shortages that otherwise push people to relocate away from their community.
We believe that the communities that host our projects should share the benefits. The Milk Field development would bring a wide range of social, environmental and economic benefits (see below).

Progress so far
Over the last few months, we have been undertaking site surveys to gather information that has allowed us to develop a masterplan for the site. In doing so, we have considered ecology, heritage, landscape, highways and design. We are now keen to share our plans to understand feedback from the community and continue to develop our plans for the site.
