Project Update – December 2021
We’ve updated our proposals since we originally launched the project in June 2019. We’ve now included all of the land in our control in one, clear outline application which were submitted to Darlington Borough Council. The revised proposals now include 35 hectares of land with up to 600 much needed family homes, with a mix of property sizes and design, in the Beaumont Hill area of Darlington.
