We want to share with you our plans for a development of up to 455 new homes on a site to the east of Killingworth.

Our proposals hope to bring forward Phase 2 of the development that supports the recognised need for new family homes in the area.

It also offers the opportunity to deliver new benefits for your local community, local economy and local environment. Some of the benefits include new family housing, upgraded footpaths, improved cycleways and EV charging points to each home.
