Last year, working in partnership with AIM North East we welcomed A-level students Archie and Jack to the Banks Group to introduce them to the world of work in development.
The two young men spent a day with community relations manager Jamilah where they learned about the wide variety of career opportunities that are available in the development sector. During the course of the day Archie and Jack learned more about:
- The role of the community team
- Our graduate development programme
- The importance of the national grid
- The planning process
- Project management
- Our apprenticeship programme at Banks Plant Solutions
