Armistead Wind Farm Community Fund
We’re proud to provide the Armistead Wind Farm Community Fund with £12,300 each year.
A local community fund committee agrees how and where grants are awarded based on a range of criteria and the information we receive in the funding application. The Armistead Wind Farm Community Fund committee includes members from the local parish councils and county councillors.
Projects from six parishes close to Armistead Wind Farm are eligible for funding including Killington, Lupton, Mansergh, New Hutton, Old Hutton and Preston Patrick, with priority given to groups nearest to the site. We may consider projects outside of these areas if the application shows that they benefit residents of the six parishes.
