Project Update - December 2021

We’ve updated our proposals since we originally launched the project in June 2019. We’ve now included all of the land in our control in one, clear outline application which will be submitted to Darlington Borough Council in the coming weeks. The revised proposals now include 35hectares of land with up to 600 much needed family homes, with a mix of property sizes and design, in the Beaumont Hill area of Darlington
