History
The site is currently mostly undeveloped agricultural land. Castle Hill Farm buildings exist on part of the site and will be retained as part of the development proposals. The site has been identified for development as part of the emerging HBC Local Plan.

Project description
Castle Hill Farm is located to the east of Whinney Lane. The proposals include around 130 new family homes with a mix of property sizes and design.

You will have an opportunity to look at our proposals and give you the opportunity to give us feedback.
