Banks Property is looking to bring forward proposals for a housing development that supports the need for new homes in North Lincolnshire and provides the opportunity to deliver significant benefits to Barton’s local community, economy and environment.
As we are launching this proposal at an early stage in the development cycle, we are still working up specific site details. Banks Community Fund
Organisations and groups close to a proposed or operational Banks development are eligible to apply for a grant from the Banks Community Fund. Since the fund was setup, the Banks Group has awarded over £6 million in grants to good causes around our developments.
Funding is available now for community groups, sport clubs and other local organisations in Barton. If you know any local community organisations who could benefit from the Banks Community Fund, please email email@example.com to find out how to apply for a grant.
