Project description
• Up to 190 new quality family homes (with a mix of property sizes)

Economic benefits
• Around 50 local jobs will be supported directly during the construction period
• Around 75 jobs will be supported indirectly during the construction period
• c£1.8m new homes bonus from the Government for Durham County Council
• An estimated additional £300,000 council tax per annum for Durham County Council
