Additional 90,000 tonnes of high quality coal – to supply UK industries including steel and cement manufacture. Coal is an essential constituent in these processes
Using UK coal reduces the use of coal imported from abroad
20,000 tonnes of high quality fireclay – to supply local brickworks and help meet UK housing demand
