Banks Mining held a series of community workshop meetings , which will allowed them to incorporate the communities ideas into the plans for the Highthorn project.
Independent Facilitator – Mary Coyle MBE DL
To enable open and productive discussion, the workshops will be chaired by an independent facilitator Mary Coyle. Mary has spent most of her career in the voluntary sector, including a crime prevention charity and a leadership development organisation that enables leaders from all sectors to become active citizens in society.
Using her facilitation skills she has developed a portfolio of no-executive positions and other trustee and board positions in various organisation, largely due to her advanced communication and enablement skills, which will greatly assist in the running of the workshops.
