The site was a mix of forestry and grazing land Our proposals would be to restore most of the site to its previous use, but also provide new features including:

  • Creation of additional water bodies and areas of ecological interest 
  • Planting of more diverse areas of woodland 
  • New public footpaths and areas for recreational use
